Terms of use

Last updated: 9 September 2026

This document is being finalised. For any question about it in the meantime, please contact us before enrolling.

These terms govern your use of the Next Athens Institute website and learning platform. They describe what this site currently offers and what we ask of you when you use it.

Who these terms are with

Next Athens Institute is operated by NEXT ATHENS INSTITUTE SINGLE MEMBER S.A., VAT number 802791221, registered in the Greek General Commercial Registry under number 182829701000.

Its registered office is at 42 Nik. Karella St, 15233 Chalandri, Athens, Greece.

What this site offers today

This site describes executive programmes and the way NAI works with organisations, and it lets you send an enquiry about either. It does not currently take enrolments or payments. Where a programme page invites you to register interest, that is an enquiry and it does not reserve a place or create an obligation on either side.

Anything on this site that describes a programme, its shape or its timing is a description of intent. It becomes a commitment only in a written agreement signed with you or your organisation.

What we do not claim

Next Athens Institute is a focused executive learning venture. It does not award degrees and is not an accredited awarding body. Nothing on this site is offered as a university qualification, a degree, an MBA or a DBA.

Where a certificate or an institutional pathway is mentioned anywhere in our material, it remains under validation and is not presented as available.

Accounts

Accounts on the learning platform are granted by NAI rather than created by self sign up. You are responsible for the security of the email account your sign in link is sent to.

Do not share your account. If you believe someone else has access to it, tell us so that we can close it.

Acceptable use

Use the site for its purpose. Do not attempt to gain access to data that is not yours, to disrupt the service, to extract data at scale, or to submit anything unlawful through a form or the assistant.

We may suspend access where this is not respected.

The assistant

Athena, the assistant on this site, answers from published NAI material. It can be wrong or incomplete, and it is not a source of legal, financial, medical or professional advice.

Do not enter confidential information into it. Anything it says about programmes, terms or availability is subject to confirmation by a person.

Learning materials and your own work

Programme materials provided through the platform remain the property of NAI or the party that supplied them, and are for your own use on the programme. Do not redistribute them.

Work you create, including your capstone, remains yours. Giving us the ability to host and assess it does not transfer ownership of it to us.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Parts of it depend on third party services, and it may be unavailable during maintenance.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Where a change materially affects someone on a programme, we will tell them rather than rely on this page alone.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts competent for the registered office of the operating company have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Nothing in these terms removes a right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by agreement.
