For senior members

Eight months. One challenge. One executable plan.

The longer journey. Education, training and coaching across eight months, ending in a plan the organisation can act on.

The eight months

One introduction, two months of learning, five of doing, one week to close.

The sequence is deliberate. Nothing is taught that the following months do not require.
  1. One day, in person

    Introduction

The cohort meets, and the challenge each leader brings is set out and agreed with their sponsor.

  2. Two months, online

    Structured learning

Executive content worked through at the pace of a working month, not a classroom timetable.

  3. Five months, in the workplace

    Coaching and execution

Coaching alongside real execution, building towards a capstone the sponsor has a stake in.

  4. One week, in person

    AI leadership week and graduation

The cohort closes together: what was built, what it changed, and what the organisation does next.

What it develops

Personal, then team, then business.

The three move in that order for a reason. A leader who has not changed how they decide cannot change how their organisation does.
  1. Stage 1

    Personal

Judgment, confidence, adaptability and ethical choice under real conditions.

  2. Stage 2

    Team

Trust, collaboration and responsible decisions that hold when the leader is not in the room.

  3. Stage 3

    Business

Productivity and sustainability, evidenced rather than asserted.

Responsible by construction

AI is used to strengthen people, never to replace accountability.

  • Human judgment

A model can inform a decision. It does not own one.

  • Privacy

The data boundary is agreed before any participant work begins.

  • Sustainability

Change that survives the leader who introduced it.

  • Evidence

What changed at work, reviewed with the sponsor.

Next step

Joining is arranged with your employer.

This journey is employer-sponsored, so a seat on it is agreed between NAI and the organisation paying for it. Tell us who the leader is and what their organisation needs them to change, and we will come back on whether the journey fits and when one could start.
